As the founder of Wholesome Natural Healing, I compassionately offer Reiki energy therapy sessions for reducing stress and pain, promoting the natural rest and relaxation response in your body, restoring inner balance, and revitalizing your flow of energy for living with less fear, stress, pain, and anger and more trust, mindfulness, compassion, and peace.

I was drawn to the Usui system of Reiki energy therapy because it is a very simple, natural, intentional, and holistic method – involving the mind, body, and soul. My personal Reiki and meditation practice has supported me daily in shifting my own thinking away from anger, worry, and fear - and towards mindfulness, peace, compassion, and a trust in our ever-abundant infinite universe.
